GERMANY

Germany is a Federal Republic and is located in middle Europe. It was one of the founding members of the European Union in 1951. The country is divided in the following areas:

Climate:

The climate is a temperate Middle European climate. Extreme weather conditions are very rarely. Thje average yearly temperature is between 8-9C. Weather is in general very changeable. The warmest months are July and August but even this time of the year it can rain and the temperature can be low. Sea temperature in the North-Sea and the Baltic Sea is rarely more than 20C during the summer months. Between January and march there is often snow at a height of more than 500m.
