GENERAL CONDITIONS
Article 1 Enforcement Field
1.1. Agreements are signed exclusively with 'www.luxurious-property.com', based at Igoumenou Gavriil 103-105, Rethymno, Crete Post Code 74100. 1.2. Our general rules are based on the agreement and are recognised upon signing. 1.3. Our agreements include the services correlative with the use of our website "www.luxurious-property.com".
Article 2 Our Offer
2.1. In the category “rental” the services of an estate agent services or mediator is not included. We offer any potential and interested client formed by advertising, a website area with well laden advertising material and records. 2.2.Advertisers are owners of real estate (i.e. country home available for rent). It may also be companies advertising a professional product to 3rd parties (i.e. tourist offices). Companies that advertise a product to 3rd parties must have proof of their profession. 2.3. Owners and companies offering products to 3rd parties are able to publish these products with photos and with written logo of their advertisement in our files. Our offer consists of: issuing space accordingly in our advertising records as well as arranging of the contents and the translation of the contents into the German and Greek languages. The published contents are based on written statements from these owners and companies. The responsibility of the advertised contents (information, text, photos, graphics, prices etc.) is exclusively of that of the owners and companies. We reserve the rights to reject any advertising materials which are not in conjunction with the aim of our agreement. Conventional relations, e.g. in cases when the rental of a country home develops exclusivity between the owner of the real estate or company and the tenant, we do not participate with agreements connected between the advertiser and client neither directly or indirectly, nor legally, nor economically. 2.4. It is forbidden to advertise the same advertising material more than once at one time. 2.5. Visitors to our website have free access to this and to the advertisement records. In cases where they will make use of the offered product, we have at their service addresses of owners and companies. Our aim is to offer visitors to our website a wide range of information in order to assist them plan their vacations. Article 3 Obligations of the Advertiser
3.1. The advertiser is obliged to give the correct information. Article 4 Obligations of Application
4.1. If you wish to apply within our advertisement records, we kindly ask you to furnish us with the information for your product. You will find some information material in our website (Application Form). The information placed in our advertisement records can only be made in written form. 4.2. Owners and companies are obliged to give the correct and valid information of their product. In cases where information is found to be incorrect, we reserve the right to erase the placed information indefinite or permanently. 4.3. After receipt of the application form together with the required payment, our obligation is to publish your entry into our advertising records within3 days of receipt. 4.4. Concerning the colour, shape, the breakdown and final form of the presentation of the advert is made exclusively by us. We reserve the right to change the size of photos for single presentation.
Article 5 Protection of Facts
5.1. The saved information e.g. names, addresses, electronic addresses as well as telephone and fax numbers are subject to the rules for protection of facts and is exclusively used for the forwarding of our services.
Article 6 Responsibility
6.1. Exclusive publication of the information given by the client is in written form. We do not undertake any responsibility for the exactness of the inserted contents. 6.2. The lesser and lessee of real estate (country homes, apartments etc.) do not have the right to apply for compensation from us as there is no conventional contract for the use of the product between the advertiser and our company. 6.3. Any responsibility is excluded for any brief non availability of an insertion for reasons such as e.g. due to an interruption by the supplier (server).
Article 7 Spiritual Rights
7.1. All information on our website is protected by spiritual ownership and constitutes our ownership. Copying of information and publication or use of this in another form can only be done so after our own written authorization. Article 8 Denunciation
8.1. In cases where the transferred information of the client is incorrect, we reserve the right to denounce the agreement with the client. 8.2. In cases where we will stop the projection of the advertisement from our files, we will return any proportion of the amount according to the period of time in which it was not utilized. 8.3. The minimum period of agreement is 1 year and is automatically extended for one year, as long as it is not recalled at least one month prior to the expiry date of the agreement. Denunciation should be made in written form.
Article 9 Clause "Salvator"
In cases of isolated formulations or orders of this are or will be in a state of invalidity, the rest of the orders will remain valid.
